Valentine's Day Recap

I didn't really think this day would be blog-worthy, but as it turns out, it seemed to be a major day in the Irish culture. Just as big as it is in the States, if not bigger. I'm used to seeing signs in all the store windows and everything, but what really took us, was the fact that nearly everybody seemed to be carrying around flowers. We were walking home from school on the night of Valentine's Day, and it was amazing to see how many people were walking around with flowers in their hands. Talk about some last minute shopping. What did my Valentine's Day consist of? Omelets, french toast, mimosas, wine, no flowers, and Hugh Grant. The roommates and I cooked breakfast for dinner, hung out, and watched Notting Hill. Don't ask me for a recap of the movie, though, I think I slept through most of it.
